01 Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on niceph 33. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering on niceph 33, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, contact number, and valid email address.
• Notify niceph 33 promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. niceph 33 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

niceph 33 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts suspected of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or policy violations will be investigated and may be suspended pending review.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

niceph 33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether deposits or withdrawals made to or from accounts not in your name — are strictly prohibited.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Accepted methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your niceph 33 wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• niceph 33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified accounts in your name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• niceph 33 targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for standard requests, though processing times may vary depending on the method and verification status.
• Withdrawals of amounts derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

niceph 33 regularly offers bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the niceph 33 Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all niceph 33 promotions unless stated otherwise:

06 Game Rules and Bets

These rules take precedence in the event of any inconsistency with general platform terms.

• All bets placed on niceph 33 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after submission.
